We are pleased to announce that the registration of our Africa branch has officially been completed. This milestone represents an important step in strengthening Impact Project’s organizational foundation and expanding our ability to serve students and communities.

Transparency and accountability remain central to how we operate. As part of this commitment, our registration information is now publicly verifiable through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), allowing stakeholders, partners, donors, and members of the public to independently confirm our registration status.

Our registration in the United States, through the Texas Secretary of State, is currently under review. We are following the required process and will share an official update once the registration is completed.

As Impact Project continues to grow, we remain committed to building an organization founded on transparency, accountability, responsible leadership, and meaningful community impact.
